The community called A Pie Apartments (A派公寓) is one of the most upscale in the area with a gorgeous and serene garden. Transportation is convenient to CBD office buildings, subway stations (Guomao or Shuangjing), shopping malls and Carrefour, all within 10- minute walk. The landlord is an ex-gold medal holder of the Chinese shooting team and an unusually nice person. The rent for the room is 2700/m. Preferred duration of stay is 6 months but more than 3 months is acceptable.
