My current roommate is moving out on the week of Dec 7th, and the master bedroom will be available then.
The 104-sqaure-meter apartment is brand-new with all high-end appliances. The available room faces south and has its own bath. The community called A Pie Apartments (A派公寓) is one of the most upscale in the area with a gorgeous and serene garden. Transportation is convenient to CBD office buildings, subway stations (Guomao or Shuangjing), shopping malls and Carrefour, all within 10- minute walk. The place is great for professionals working in Guomao area.
The landlord is an ex-gold medal holder of the Chinese shooting team and an unusually nice person. I work in finance and have been in Beijing for three years. I'm very social outside but highly considerate and quiet at home, reading and working all the time. I have a regular lifestyle and no bad habits or addictions at all. The rent for the room is 2700/m. Preferred duration of stay is 6 months but more than 3 months is acceptable.
