I'm heading to a small city in Siberia in June.  The province is called Sakha, but I don't know the exact name of the city yet.

I'm going to meet the head of the education council of the state to talk about establishing relationships in education between schools in their area and China.

Has anyone ever been anywhere in that part of Russia and can offer tips?  I can't imagine it will be very comfortable.
