XPD Media is actively looking for a full time community manager for our social games studio.  

The core responsibility is to help set up and manage our english language customer service efforts, such as forum posts, customer service, english editorial, etc.  Company Description

With offices in Beijing and Silicon Valley, XPD Media is a leading
social games company building products for the global market.  The XPD team is comprised of industry thought leaders with deep experience in both China and US market. 

Role
- Community Manager
, part-time or full-time position available

Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and operating multiple innovative online game properties
- Manage user communities and ongoing events/promotions
- Collect user feedback and package into suggestions for product development
- Consumer research and analysis

Requirements
- Excellent English writing proficiency, with fun writing style
- English speaking fluency
- Recent college graduate or on leave from university
- Own blog and/or social network profile
- Demonstrated work experience with external facing projects of some size
- Background in customer support or online community building preferred
- Strong Internet research skills and fluent in latest Internet
services, like facebook, twitter, etc.
- People person
- Interest in entertainment and pop culture a plus but not necessary
- Interest in games a plus but not necessary
